Southbound to Lakeville
Follow I-35 S to Hwy 70 (exit 81). Take the Hwy 70 exit (exit 81). At the stoplight,
stay straight (North) on Keukuk Ave. Follow Keokuk Avenue to 20520 Keokuk Avenue.
The building is located on the right (east) side of the street. Enter the building
from the west entrance. Center for Dermatology is located on the first floor, Suite
104.

To Lakeville from Cedar Avenue
Follow Cedar Avenue South to Dodd. Turn Right (west) onto Dodd. Follow Dodd
to 202nd Street West. 202nd St turns into 205th St just past Lake Marion. Follow
205th St West under the 35W overpass to Keokuk Avenue. You will see the building
on the left. Turn Left (south) onto Keokuk Ave. Turn Left into the parking lot and
park in front of the west entrance. Center for Dermatology is located on the first
floor in Suite 104.

To Lakeville from the Southern areas Follow County Road 8
East. County Road 8 turns into Highway 70 (210th Street). Follow to Keokuk
Ave. Turn Left (north) onto Keokuk Avenue. Follow Keokuk Avenue just past the Lakeville
Movie Theaters. Turn right into the parking lot at 20520 Keokuk Ave. Park
in front of the west entrance. Center for Dermatology is located on the first floor
in Suite 104.

Follow Cedar Avenue South to Highway 70. Highway 70 is the same as 212th and 210th
street as you travel west. Cross over the bridge. At the light, turn right (north)
onto Keokuk Ave. Follow Keokuk Avenue to 20520 Keokuk Avenue. The building is located
on the right (east) side of the street. Enter the building from the west entrance.
